Barrier Free and Happy Life Association (EMYD) is a non-profit organisation established in Ankara in 2012. EMYD works to strengthen social inclusion and participation by improving the living conditions and opportunities of disadvantaged and underrepresented groups, particularly children and young people with disabilities and their families. The association organises activities and projects across education, culture, health, technology and sport to support integration into community life. EMYD also leads the “Strengthening the Network of Disabled Children’s Rights”, bringing together 94 disability associations, recognised as one of the strongest disability networks in Türkiye
